Research activities& Interest: Chromatographic Techniques in Bioanalysis, Pharmaceutical-Toxicological Analysis, Sample pretreatment: Solid Phase Extraction-Microextraction, Immunoaffinity Extraction. LC-MS, Photodiode arraydetection, UV spectral libraries. Coupling techniques (LC-MS, automated SPE, SPE-LC-immunoaffinity chromatography) Characterisation of HPLC stationary phases. Immunoaffinity analysis (ELISA).

Teaching activities :
· Teaching of Chromatographic theory, principles and applications to post graduate students in Seminars of the Aristotelian University and undergradeate students during laboratory courses (Instrumental Analysis, Separation Methods in Chemical Analysis) of the Department of Chemistry, AUTH (1990-1994, 1998). · Teaching Chemistry in High School.

Experience : Employment as an Assistant Chemist in tomato juice cannery industry for the summer campaigns of 1986-1987.

Other occupations : Work as a pharmacy representative and salesman.
